The questions we hear most about treatments, the process and the clinic.
The first visit is a consultation. We take your medical history, discuss current medication and any previous treatments, then examine your face and skin. We speak openly about whether your expectations match what is medically appropriate. A procedure is only planned — the same day or at a later appointment — once suitability and informed consent are established.
A plan is not a single procedure but an order of priorities. At the examination we discuss which finding can be addressed by which method, in what sequence, and how often review is needed. In some cases no procedure is recommended at all — a skincare routine and sun protection may be enough.
Most treatments are felt as a brief sting or sensation of pressure. For comfort we use topical anaesthetic cream, cold application, vibration devices and very fine needles. Most fillers contain lidocaine. If your pain threshold is low, telling us before the appointment allows us to take it into account when planning.
All medical procedures are performed by the physician. In Türkiye, injectable aesthetic treatments, ozone therapy, acupuncture and cupping may only be carried out by physicians with the relevant certification. Clinic staff assist with appointments, reception and preparation; they do not perform medical procedures.
You can send an appointment request through the form on this site, by telephone or via WhatsApp. Once your request is received, we contact you to agree a day and time. If you cannot attend, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so the slot can be offered to another patient.
Botulinum toxin, fillers, mesotherapy, laser and ozone treatments are not performed during pregnancy or breastfeeding, because sufficient safety data for these periods is not available. During this time we advise on skincare, moisturising and sun protection, and plan any procedure for afterwards.
Only products registered with the Turkish Ministry of Health, CE certified, in original packaging and with an intact cold chain are used. The product name, batch number and expiry date are recorded in your file. On request you can see the box and label of the product used in your treatment.
Yes. The review is part of the plan: it is where the result is assessed and small refinements made if needed. After botulinum toxin the review is usually at two weeks, after fillers and collagen stimulators at two to four weeks, and for course-based treatments at the end of the course.
