Through the appointment request form and the contact form we receive your name, telephone number, e-mail address, preferred appointment date, the service you are interested in and the text of your message. You do not need to enter details of your medical condition in these fields.
To keep the site secure, a hashed version of your IP address, browser information and the time of submission are recorded when a form is sent. These records are used to prevent spam and automated attacks and are not intended to identify you directly.
The site uses strictly necessary cookies required for it to function. Analytics and marketing cookies run only with your explicit consent. Details are set out in the Cookie Policy.
The information collected is used to evaluate your appointment request, to contact you, to answer your questions, to keep the site secure and to meet legal obligations. Your information is never sold or rented to third parties for advertising.
The site uses external providers for hosting and e-mail delivery. These providers access data only to the extent the service requires and act as data processors. Analytics tools run only with your consent and, where possible, with IP anonymisation.
Social media links on the site take you to third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those platforms and recommend reviewing their policies.
Please note that no transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we therefore ask that you share sensitive health information during your examination rather than through a form.
Appointment and contact records are kept for two years from the conclusion of the request; security logs for one year. After these periods records are deleted or anonymised. Patient file records are subject to the periods prescribed by health legislation.
This site is not designed for people under 18. Appointment requests for anyone under 18 must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian.
