For patients travelling from abroad we plan the whole process end to end. The aim is not to fit a rushed procedure into a short trip, but to assess properly before you travel, carry out the treatment safely, and keep following up after you return.

How it works

1. Remote pre-consultation

Before you plan any travel we hold an online consultation covering your expectations, medical history and current medication. Photographs may be requested. This is a preliminary assessment; the final decision is made only after an in-person examination.

2. Planning

After the pre-assessment we share, in writing, which treatments may be considered, how many days you may need in Istanbul, and when it would be sensible to plan your return flight. Recovery time is part of that plan.

3. Examination at the clinic

The first step on arrival is a face-to-face examination. The plan discussed remotely is confirmed here — or changed. If we do not think a treatment is right for you, we will not perform it, and we will say so plainly.

4. Treatment and same-day follow-up

The treatment takes place at our clinic on the planned day. Aftercare instructions are given in writing, and a direct channel is opened for any questions.

5. Follow-up after you return

Follow-up continues online once you are home. The timing depends on the treatment and is given to you in writing before you leave.

Flights and timing

Some treatments make flying inadvisable in the first hours; with others it is better to wait a few days for swelling and bruising to settle. We therefore suggest not booking your return ticket until the plan has been agreed together.

Language

Consultations and information can be provided in different languages according to your needs. You can state your preferred language on the appointment form.

Accommodation and transport

Our clinic is in Caddebostan, Kadıköy, in a location that is easy to reach within the city. We can guide you on accommodation and transfer arrangements.

What you should know

• No outcome is guaranteed for any treatment. Effects vary between individuals.
• Prices are not published on the website, as Turkish regulations require; they are shared with you individually after examination.
• A remote consultation does not replace an examination.
• If we conclude that a treatment is not suitable for you, we will say so clearly.
