What is it?

Non-surgical nose reshaping adjusts the surface appearance with filler, without altering the bone and cartilage. It does not make the nose smaller — instead of removing a bump, it fills the dip around it so the bridge reads as straight.

When is it considered?

Most often to camouflage a small dorsal bump, to support a slightly drooping tip, and to adjust the nose-to-lip angle. Marked deviation, breathing problems and cases needing a real change in volume belong to surgery, not filler; that distinction is discussed openly at the consultation.

How is it done?

Topical anaesthetic is applied first. In this vascularly dense region the product is usually placed deep, in very small amounts, with a blunt cannula for added safety. The session takes 15–25 minutes.

A note on safety

The nose is one of the most vascularly sensitive areas of the face. The treatment should only be carried out by a physician who knows the anatomy, with an appropriate product and technique. Previous rhinoplasty changes the tissue planes and requires separate assessment.

What to expect afterwards

Mild swelling and redness may last a few days. The result is visible immediately and settles within two weeks, lasting 10–14 months on average.

Aftercare

  • If you wear glasses, avoid pressure on the bridge for the first week.
  • Avoid sauna, steam and strenuous exercise for 48 hours.
  • Do not massage the area.
  • Contact the clinic immediately for unexpected blanching, severe pain or any change in vision.
  • Attend your two-week review.
