Why the temple?
When fat and bone support in the temple diminish, the area hollows: the brow tail drops, the eye region looks more tired and the upper face takes on an angular shape. Temple filler aims to restore that support.
How it is done
The temple demands care because of its vessels and nerves. The product is usually placed deep, on the bone, in small controlled amounts; a cannula may be preferred. The session takes 15–25 minutes.
Afterwards
Mild tenderness and occasional bruising can occur. The result settles within two weeks and lasts 12–18 months on average. Because it affects overall facial balance, it is planned as part of a whole rather than in isolation.
